If you do not feel that you are able to safely make it to or from your appointment, please reach out to me. It can be as easy as a reply to your confirmation message.  This also applies to last minute cancellations due to illness. As long as you reach out before your appointment time and let me know that you aren't going to be there, you will not be charged for the appointment.
